Shipping Within Jamaica
Orders are shipped via our trusted local courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
